Our online application will prompt you to provide the information we need in order to process your application and issue your offer letter.

We accept students aged 16 and over. If you apply for a course with us and you are aged under 18, additional documentation will be required including a Parental Permission form.
// Do you provide accommodation?
We are able to arrange homestay accommodation, normally located within 35 minutes of the Academy using public transport. Our Student Accommodation & Welfare Officer can also provide advice to help students find private-rented accommodation in Cardiff.
// What happens once I have applied for a course?
Once we issue your offer or acceptance letter, head to our Pre-enrolment page, which provides useful links, including how to apply for your visa.

// What happens on my first day?
From the moment you apply, we’ll keep you informed so you know exactly what to do. We’ll let you know when your lessons start.

Typically, lessons start at 09:30. However, with the Covid measures we currently have in place, all lessons are subject to staggered start times to keep everyone safe. Don’t worry – our Academic team will give you all the information you need.
