The International Foundation Programme (IFP) has been specifically developed for international students who want to study for an undergraduate degree. It is a full-time course. It provides students with the knowledge, skills and confidence to embark upon undergraduate study at an overseas university.

Intensive International Foundation Programme (IIFP): Monday 7th January to Friday 28th June 2019
International Foundation Programme (IFP): Monday 16th September 2019 to Friday 26th June 2020
// About the Programme
The IFP has been specifically developed for international students who want to study for an undergraduate degree but do not possess British A-Level qualifications (Year 13).
You will have completed your secondary school education in your own country and are looking for a programme that will provide you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to embark upon undergraduate study at an overseas university.
The IFP (NCC Education International Foundation Diploma for Higher Education – L3IFDHES) at WE Bridge Academy is awarded by NCC Education.
We are partnered with the University of South Wales (USW) and with Cardiff Metropolitan University.

- 9 months (September to June) International Foundation Programme
- 6 months (January to June) Intensive International Foundation Programme
- 7 months (January to August) Tier 4 only
- Cost: £14,000
Specific entry requirements apply.
// Entry Requirements
September: IELTS 4.5 overall, with at least 4.0 in each component, or equivalent
January: IELTS 5.5 overall, with at least 5.0 in each component, or equivalent
Plus successfully completed secondary school education in an appropriate range of subjects.
NOTE: If a student does not have a valid IELTS score, students can take a free placement test which will provide evidence of their level of English. Please contact us if you require a free test.
