As a Tier 4 visa holder, we expect you to adhere to this agreement during your stay in the United Kingdom and at WE Bridge Academy.

  • // Attendance

Poor attendance not only breaks the conditions of your Tier 4 visa, it also means that you will have difficulties completing your course successfully and progressing on to the next stage of your education.
  • // Punctuality

Poor punctuality impacts other students and also causes disruption, meaning that both yourself and your classmates are not able to get the most out of the lesson and also means that you will have to do extra work to make up for the class time you have missed through lateness.
  • // Progress

You are expected to make progress during your course at the Academy. UK Visas and Immigration state that you must show you are progressing to a higher level of studies each time you make a Tier 4 visa application. You will have a chance to check your progress through meetings with your tutor and regular reports.
  • // Police Registration

UK Visas and Immigration require certain nationalities to register with the police within 7 days of arrival in the United Kingdom.
  • // Contact Details

The conditions of your Tier 4 visa stipulate that your institution (WE Bridge Academy) must know where you are residing and what your current contact number is.
  • // Departure

Your arrangements for leaving the UK.
  • // Working in the UK

We Bridge Academy is listed as a private provider on the Tier 4 Register of Sponsors. This means that as a student at the Academy you are prohibited from engaging in any work, paid or unpaid - this also extends to volunteering. In some instances, UKVI may in error endorse your visa with work rights and this will be checked at enrolment.
