From the 10th floor of our Academy our view has changed dramatically over the last few years. Gone is the dated bus station and ageing shops on Wood Street, replaced with the modern and vibrant Central Square development – the new home to BBC Wales and new businesses alike.
Our central location is now becoming the hub of Cardiff – a fastly-growing city looking to the future. And if that wasn’t enough, a recent report by Airbnb has just ranked Cardiff the 11th highest trending city in the world!
So why do we think Cardiff has ranked so highly? Many reasons! For starters, Cardiff is fortunate to have one of the highest seating capacity stadiums in Europe – attracting events such as the champions league final – Anthony Joshua – Monster Jam – and top artists such as Coldplay – Ed Sheeran – and of course the Six Nations Rugby! Not only is the city centre a hub for sport and music, it’s filled with cultural and historical significance – from the Bay to the Castle, Cardiff is drenched in history. The capital city also boasts more green space per person than any other UK core city, with over 330 parks and gardens.
We understand the importance of choosing a study destination where you can enjoy everything a city has to offer, whilst being reassured that you will be safe and welcomed. Cardiff offers this – and so much more!
With time still left to apply for our International Foundation Programme (IFP) and applications open for our January Intensive IFP, there has never been a better time to join us.
